On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms consist of one king-size with a hand basin and one twin with en-suite shower and WC, both with wall mounted TV's. The bathroom is family-sized and features a shower over bath and a WC.

Outside of the property there is a private enclosed seating area with BBQ and a stones throw from the house you will find a games room with a multi games table which features pool, table tennis and air hockey as well as a football table. Guests are also free to use the owner’s garden, which contains a tree swing and see-saw for children, as well as the tennis court, nature trails and woodland walks on site. We had a lovely winter week away at Tregondale Manor Farm. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Weather outside was cold but the cottage was cosy and warm.
