Situated in the harbour village of Charlestown which was a Georgian 'new town' built between 1790 and 1810 for the export of copper and china clay.

Retaining much of its original heritage, the famous working harbour has featured in numerous period TV programmes and films. Home to the Tall Ships, there is much to see and do on your doorstep in this popular village. Walk to the local beach and enjoy a meal in one of the popular family pubs or quality restaurants. An ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall, there are attractions within a short drive that include Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor, Trago Mills, Lands End and more.

With exposed beams and wooden floors, this centrally located, cosy accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers ONE bedroom: double on the first floor with sloping ceiling, accessed by steep, open tread staircase with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: downstairs with TV/DVD, iPod dock, woodburner effect electric fire, single oven with integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge with small freezer box. Amenities: unrestricted roadside parking close by. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and electric heating included. 1 dog welcome. No smoking is permitted within the property. Additional info: welcome pack included. Location: beach, tall ships in harbour, shops, pubs, cafes all a short stroll.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Cute little cottage, perfect for exploring Cornwall, Not suitable for anyone with a disability, shower room would be a challenge.

The cottage is warm and welcoming. The welcome pack was perfect.....cream tea and a bottle of bubbly. The location was perfect for coastal walking and central for main attractions.

Absolutely lovely little cottage in a wonderful location. You can park on the main road so no need to pay in the expensive carpark. The cottage is very cosy and has everything you need. For dog owners I would bare in mind that the front door leads directly onto a junction/road with no front garden or gate and there is no outside space. Apart from the leaking shower, the cottage is perfect for 2 people on a short break, the location is fantastic, although there is no parking directly outside the cottage, there are a few spaces a little further down the road.

Beautiful location, cottage was wonderful everything you need, home from home. The owners very helpful had flowers wine scones and cream on arrival very thoughtful. Pubs and restaurants also lovely.

A small and well appointed cottage conveniently situated near the centre of the village close to the harbour and restaurants. It may be less suitable for those who are not very mobile (stairs steep, sloping roof upstairs and small shower opening). Nice welcoming touches on arrival (cream tea, bottle of fizz). This cottage is very small no outside space, straight onto the road side. But we did love the cottage it was cosy and very comfortable. We took our dog she loved it but had to walk her for toileting. We would defo visit again and recommend to a friend.
