Very comfortable cottage on a working farm. It was really quiet and peaceful. The garden and conservatory were beautiful. John and Diane were lovely people and very helpful. The cottage was well placed for visiting North and South Cornwall.

The cottage was just the right size for a couple. It even included a conservatory with very comfortable chairs in it and outdoor chairs in the garden. Having our pet dog with us, we were very pleased to find the garden is totally fenced in, meaning the dog could be let out of the house unsupervised, with no means of escaping. Mr and Mrs Dymond, theRead more owners, lived next door and made us very welcome. Hide

The bed & settee were both very comfortable & there were extra pillows, but only a 13.5 tog duvet which we found too warm (again a problem we have found elsewhere). The cottage was well equipped, with plenty of towels & tea towels & kitchen utensils etc. It was quiet & peaceful, but the long drive from the road was somewhat bumpy.

The cottage was excellent and the conservatory was a bonus when weather was a bit inclement. Anyone wishing a quiet holiday this is the place to be. On a working farm and the road from the main to cottage is a bit rough. The lady owner was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice owners, well situated between Newquay and St Austell. South/west facing garden to capture the afternoon/evening sun, rural location. Car essential

Very friendly owners. We were made to feel very welcome. Very comfortable cottage and quiet location with lovely country views from the garden. The garden and drive was fenced in which allowed us to let our dog to run around safely in the garden. We would definitaly book again if holidaying in Cornwell in the future.
