Leading off the back of the kitchen is the bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC. Heading on up the cottage style stairs after a long day of exploring you will find the two bedrooms. The master suite with a Victorian-style cast iron double bed boasting views over the garden and a further stylish twin bedroom. There is also a separate WC on this floor.

Venturing outside to the enclosed rear garden, which offers a table and chairs and a BBQ great for dining outdoors. Following up the steps you have a grass area a secure area for both children and dogs. To the rear of the property there is a handy outdoor tap perfect for washing off muddy boots or dogs. There is off-road parking for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
