This cosy apartment offers a comfortable base from which to explore the stunning south coast of Cornwall and just a short drive from the popular resort of Looe. Annexed to the owner's home, yet with a private entrance and separate patio area, your privacy is very much assured.

Situated in the pretty Cornish village of Lanreath, you will be ideally based for touring the whole of Cornwall. The immediate area is a walker's paradise with plenty of routes directly from the village where you can enjoy the beautiful countryside. The spectacular south coast is approximately 5 miles from the village and here you can enjoy the breath-taking coastal path, fishing, diving and boat trips. The quaint fishing villages of Looe and Polperro are also a must when visiting the area and offer a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Other attractions slightly further afield but still within easy reach include The Eden Project, Fowey and Lanhydrock.

This cosy ground floor apartment oozes charm and homely touches throughout. The lounge area with views over the garden and TV/DVD offers a relaxing space to enjoy after a long day exploring the local area or further afield. From here, take a step down into the inviting conservatory area with seating and patio door to the garden, making this the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. This is a lovely apartment and in a great location. The owners were always happy to assist in any way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. It's hard to see how it could be improved upon and we would definitely recommend both the area and the annex.

We arrived at Little Wainscott and the owners greeted us and showed us around...Lovely people. The cottage was absolutely stunning ,clean comfortable and well equipped if you did want a few meals at home. The shower was clean and a lovely size . The lounge area was more than we expected really cozy. In all a perfect stay in a lovely village and reaRead morelly friendly close to many attractions. Your own parking bay opposite the cottage . Lovely property. Well looked after, and spacious for two people. Angie and Chris are very welcoming, also provide a cream tea (delicious) , nothing is to much trouble. Will definitely be going back. Had a fab relaxing week
