Situated within its own private grounds adjoining the owners' main farm, this detached barn conversion has been furnished and equipped to a high standard.

The property is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches to the north and south as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Jamaica Inn and much more. The area is also famed for its lovely scenery and is a haven for walkers. In the evenings, relax with a BBQ on the patio or walk to the village pub serving good food which is less than 1 mile away. Leisure facilities: on site, you are welcome to explore the 250 acre dairy farm. Fishing (river Lynher) on the owners' 1 mile of fishing (maximum of 2 rods).

The accommodation, which enjoys lovely views over open countryside, retains much original charm and character, and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC, 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC, and 1 zip-and-link double which can be a twin on request. All bedrooms have TV's and the twin bedroom offers a TV/DVD. Bathroom: family size with bath, wet-style shower and WC. Lounge: with TV, Freeview, DVD and woodburner (logs included). Kitchen/diner: farmhouse style with cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden and patio with seating. Amenities: parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, underfloor central heating and wi-fi included. 1 dog welcome, 2 by arrangement. Location: beach 15 miles, shop 2 miles, pub just under 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Have had a great week at Meadow Barn. Everything had been thought of to make our stay very relaxing. Even the dog was well catered for with a lovely big bed! Great walks straight from the cottage and a local pub which provided very good food was also a bonus. The barn was very well located to visit other areas of Cornwall too. A property is of a very high standard, well equipped and comfortable. The surrounding area is very quiet and views from the house are good. Plenty of space for parking. The property is well positioned for exploring Cornwall.

Could well be the best cottage we've stayed in. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also much larger than previous cottages, with a large kitchen diner and a separate living room. We would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was great. We all had our own bathroom and all the rooms were spacious and welcoming. The kitchen and living room were lovely and more than big enough for our needs. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. We can not fault it.

My sisters and I were really impressed with Meadow Barn. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is brilliant if you are looking for peace and quiet. We had a wonderful weeks stay in this delightful cottage. It is in a lovely, quiet location, with views over the hills, iand sounds of the wildlife calling every morning. The cottage is lovely and cosy of an evening, especially with the log burner going, you can relax after a long day walking and enjoying the many places to visit. In the area. KareRead moren and Jack make you feel very welcome, the cream tea was welcome after a long journey and Alfie was pleased with the bed left for him. Hide

Excellent property well equipped, even the dog was taken care of. Reviews from the 'comments'book spoke volumes, many people had made multiple visits .Log fire alight on arrival,scones on the table with cream and jam in the fridge, along with a pint of milk. Beautiful location

Excellent accommodation, clean, well appointed. Peaceful and quiet location, within easy access of the coasts, north and south, and other main attractions. Ideal for touring round.
