This substantial countryside property is positioned on the hill in the quiet countryside village of Ladock which has a shop, post office and great pub, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Take the stairs to the first floor landing where you will find three further bedrooms, a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and a twin with built in wardrobes. The family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. The master suite is a super-king-size room with a balcony overlooking gardens and the countryside, with an adjoining dressing room which can double up as a cot room and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside to the garden with mature shrubs and plants, this is fully enclosed by a redbrick wall, thus giving complete privacy on the large private terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for an evening of alfresco dining. There is parking for up to four cars on the gated gravel driveway.
