Detached traditional bungalow perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Take time out to relax in the hot tub after enjoying some al fresco dining.

Portreath boasts a pretty sandy beach popular with families and surfers, and there are several shops and restaurants to enjoy. The South West Coastal Path is accessible from the village, and offers breath-taking scenery for both experienced and novice ramblers. Visit Porthtowan, just a short drive, here you can enjoy the popular Blue Bar and a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set. Slightly further afield, but still within easy reach, are Newquay Sealife Centre, Land’s End, the Eden Project, St. Ives, Falmouth and Truro, and numerous National Trust properties.

Upon arrival, enter the cottage arranged all on one level, and step into the porch, the perfect place for all your holiday home kit, from walking boots to wellingtons, sun hats to sandals. Doors from the hallway lead off to the remaining accommodation. Enter the lounge area which overlooks the front of the property and has lovely views over the village roof tops. After a day of exploring the area it’s the perfect place to relax to the crackle of the wood burner and watch the Smart TV. From here, an archway leads you from the lounge into the dining room. Whip up a light lunch or evening meal in the kitchen, equipped with a range style electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are accessed via the central hallway, you will find a double with TV, a further double and a twin with French doors that access the outside area. For the children there is an extra snug lounge with TV and completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower and separate bath and WC.

Heading outside, there is a generous garden and patio area with summer house, BBQ and hot tub. There is also a utility area located externally, with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample off-road parking for two cars available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
