Located in the quiet Cornish hamlet of Perranzabuloe, this beautiful terraced stone cottage is situated in a delightful courtyard setting and is an ideal base for exploring the coast of North Cornwall.

Though the cottage is found in a remote setting, it is also only just two miles away from the nearest shop and pub in Goonhavern. The coastal town of Perranporth is also just two miles to the west, and is home to a challenging golf course and a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Its main attraction, however, has to be its beach: three miles of golden sand perfect for both sunbathing and surfing. St Agnes is another beautiful coastal village situated close by, rich in tin mining history, while the entire coastline can be explored thanks to the South West Coast Path.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard, this property retains many original features throughout, including wooden ceiling beams, exposed stone walls and slate flooring. When guests enter the property, they will be greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which makes for a wonderful social space. Comfortable furniture is arranged in the lounge area around the TV/DVD and fireplace, with the dining area found immediately behind it. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing a variety of meals, and has an integrated oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Stairs lead from the kitchen area up to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms as well as a bathroom. Both bedrooms contain a double bed, while one of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed, making it a triple bedroom. The family-style bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside of the property, there are lawns and seating shared with the other properties in the courtyard. A reserved parking space for one car is also available. Guests will also find an indoor and outdoor children’s play area within walking distance, perfect for the little ones.

This is a lovely cottage. It is one of a group of a dozen similar cottages but we found it very quiet and comfortable. The location is ideal for visiting North Cornwall beaches and it is close to Perranporth and Truro. There is a good pub opposite which serves a large range of food. There is plenty of space for 5 people, the furniture is comfortablRead moree, it is clean and very well-equipped. Hide

Well located cottage for all of Cornwalls tourist attractions and well stoked with furniture and kitchen equipment which did need updating but was adequate.

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and cosy, comfortable and welcoming.

On arrival, a lovely cottage with everything needed for a great family holiday. In practice, there were a few tatty elements like the bedding in the second bedroom and the washing machine which didn't seem to clean clothes. A nice cottage with the potential to be incredible with a little revamp

The holiday was for my husband myself and three grandchildren aged 5 8 and 11. We normally stay in a hotel but this year decided to change and try a cottage and we were not dissappointed it was nice having the freedom to come and go when we wanted. Would look at doing this again.
