Beautiful stone barn set in a complex surrounded by glorious countryside, but still within close reach of an abundance of sandy beaches and idyllic seaside towns

A family-run arable farm is the setting for this beautifully finished stone barn conversion. The open countryside surrounding the property means that there is plenty of space for walking, with the golden sands of Hayle’s beach just a few miles away. Hayle itself has lots of amenities, with a pub also within walking distance of the property. A short drive will take you into St Ives, one of Cornwall’s most popular destinations, with a variety of restaurants, shops and facilities, as well as a selection of beautiful beaches. The A30 is near to the cottage, meaning towns such as Penzance and Camborne are easily accessible, as well as attractions like St Michael’s Mount and Land’s End.
A truly superb finish and immaculate décor make this property a stunning home from home from the minute you enter. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a spacious yet cosy room, with thoughtful finishing touches and oak flooring throughout. The lounge area has comfortable furnishings and a TV/DVD, with a dining table to seat three just behind the sofa. The contemporary kitchen has been beautifully fitted, comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher, with a utility room containing a microwave, freezer, and washer/dryer, with a door leading out to the patio and garden. Also on the ground floor is a separate WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a large, airy room with a super-king-size bed, TV/DVD, and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom is a small room with single bed, suitable for a child below the age of 10.
The property benefits from a private patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the summer sun. There is also a large shared lawn for all the properties in the complex. Ample private off-road parking is available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
