A superb barn conversion with reverse-level accommodation to take full advantage of the spectacular panoramic views across both coast and countryside that surround the property

Positioned perfectly to explore West Cornwall, there is no shortage of beautiful fishing villages and renowned attractions in this part of the county. Lamorna Cove is easily accessible on foot direct from the property down a private track, or carry on walking along the South West Coast Path for breath-taking views along the cliff tops. Newlyn and Mousehole are just a short drive for freshly caught fish and experiencing a truly Cornish community, or head slightly further for Penzance, where you can find a multitude of shops and pubs to choose from. Land's End isn't far away if you want to pay a visit to England's most westerly point, or head to Porthcurno to discover the famous Minack Theatre.
The reverse-level style accommodation of this large property means that all three of the bedrooms are arranged on the ground floor, with each of the rooms spacious and lovingly decorated to create a relaxing environment for you to rest and unwind in after a long day of exploring. The family room boasts a king-size bed plus another single, with a TV and en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC. There is then another king-size bed in the second bedroom, and twin singles in the third. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor, again with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, plus an additional cloakroom with another WC along the corridor. Upstairs, the huge open plan living space is ideal for socialising and making the most of the beautiful views around the property. The lounge/kitchen/diner is long, spacious and bright, with two separate seating areas at each end of the room; relax on the comfortable sofas at one side, enjoying your favourite show on the TV/DVD, or have a seat in the second area over by the kitchen. The kitchen itself is well-equipped, comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, so you can cook up a storm before enjoying your feast at the dining table.
The shared lawn outside is ideal for children and dogs, with plenty of space to run around and play games. There is also a climbing frame with swings and a slide for the kids, so they're sure to be entertained for a long time meaning you can sit back and relax. The balcony, accessed via the stairs outside or from the lounge, features outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and a glass of wine, looking out towards Lamorna Cove, Mounts Bay and the Lizard Peninsula. There is private parking for two cars.

A wonderfully located and comfortable three bed holiday cottage. The bedrooms were spacious and nice, the kitchen was well-equipped. The Freeview TV was great and the wifi signal was good. The cottage was a perfect home away from home. Located only fifteen minutes from Penzance, thirty minutes from St Ives, and ten minutes from the Minack Theatre, Read morethis holiday cottage is great for six guests. Hide

Welcoming cream scones and equally welcoming and pleasant owners. Upstairs lounge /dining/kitchen area is huge with sea views all the way to Lizard Point. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also large and clean. Superb coastal walks and beaches within easy reach, and a 10min walk to Lamorna Cove and the local pub. Highly recommended.

Lovely location, lovely owners, lovely cream tea on arrival. Accommodation is spacious and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are large. Fabulous for families. Short walk down to the harbour and to the local pub. Definitely a place to revisit.

We had a lovely week in this clean and comfortable barn. We had excellent weather but would have been happy to have stayed inside had it not been so good as the barn was well equipped with decent wifi, music system, tv, puzzles, games etc. It is well located for all the major tourist sites in the area being just a couple of minutes from the B3315 aRead morend the coastal path can be reached directly from the property. A stunning cottage in an amazing location with views out across the sea. Fully equipped with pretty much everything we could have needed including soft towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, games/books plus lots more. We had the most wonderful time, and the barn was amazing. The barn itself was immaculate with lots of room. Provided everything that we needed, plus extras we weren't expecting. The owners we extremely welcoming and warm, we even had scones, clotted cream, jam, and tea waiting for us which was a most welcome surprise. The kids enjoyed the outdoors Read morespace, and as a family we had alot of fun out there. Beautiful views are also an added bonus to the barn, the pictures don't do it justice. Thank you Hide

This is a spacious property which is well equipped and the upside down living arrangements make the most of the fantastic views. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are splendid with lots of hot water for the showers. The owners live on site and are very friendly and approachable.
