Hayle is just a mile away, with a selection of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. Alternatively, travel slightly further to St Ives for a larger array of eateries, cobbled streets and quaint shops, plus the Tate gallery. Surrounded by the sea, the county isn’t short of beautiful beaches, and there’s plenty within a short drive of this cottage including Gwithian, Portreath, Porthcurno and Carbis Bay. Close to the A30, you’ll have easy access to other towns and attractions, including Paradise Park, Flambards, St Michael’s Mount and Penzance.
The first room entered in this property immediately sets the tone for the rest of the house, with an immaculate finish and beautiful décor through the whole lounge area leading through to the kitchen/diner, all of which has solid oak flooring. Spacious and airy, the living space is lovingly decorated and has soft furnishings to relax on, with French doors leading out to the patio and garden. Through the archway is a large dining table to seat six, with a contemporary fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Adjacent to this area is the utility room, with washing machine and tumble dryer. The property also benefits from a second lounge, where you can relax and enjoy your favourite film or programme on the TV/DVD, and a downstairs WC. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the cottage, and all have high open beamed ceilings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with TV/DVD and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC, whilst the third bedroom has twin single beds and an en-suite shower room.

Light airy, well designed and furnished to a high spec. Outside space lovely although lack of privacy could be an issue although we were not affected unduly. The hanging baskets and planting provided colour and pleasure. The resident families of pied wagtails were a delight.

Absolutely superb accommodation. Couldn't fault a thing. The beds were particularly comfortable & we all slept like logs! Beautifully furnished & some nice touches, flowers & cream tea greeted us upon arrival. The provision of a BBQ in the garden meant we had some lovely summer evenings. Would highly highly recommend.

Our third year at this amazing property. Barn conversion to a very high standard, very well furnished with everything you need. Large lawn for kids to play on. Peaceful setting on a working arable farm. Plenty of car parking.
