These delightful properties have been lovingly converted to a very high standard and also boast a number of 'eco' features. Nestling on a family run working arable farm they offer a perfect retreat for families and couples looking to explore both the coast and country.

Surrounded by glorious open countryside just 1 mile inland from Hayle, you will find a wide range of attractions close by. The golden sands of Hayle provide 3 miles of beach, ideal for bathing and surfing, and on the other side of the bay, St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate, and many restaurants. Other attractions in the area include the Paradise Park, Flambards Theme Park, The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary. Alternatively, head south and discover the town of Penzance, long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, enjoying some spectacular scenery on route.

Outside: all properties enjoy access to large shared lawn area. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the properties. Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.

The accommodation has soild oak flooring throughout the ground floor and offers THREE bedrooms: all with high open beamed ceilings, giving a light spacious feel. 1 master king-size with TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC. Additional WC on the ground floor. Lounge: cosy room with TV/DVD. Additional lounge area/sitting room: large airy room adjoining the kitchen/diner with French doors to patio and garden. Kitchen/diner: modern fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: useful area adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: regret no pets.

such a lovely cottage, beautifully presented and clean. Very spacious and perfect for our family. Really enjoyed our stay, having such a comfortable cottage to come home to after a day out and about was great. Thank you.

We stayed at the foundry at St Erth. It was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you could need. A lovely touch was a complimentary cream tea on arrival! Id recommend it highly!

Don't hesitate to book! The foundry was amazing, location amazing, facilities fantastic. All little details thought of, cream tea on arrival, fresh flowers - kitchen roll/tea towel/cling film etc Beds comfy, amazingly powerful and hot showers, decent sofas, beautiful views - you really couldnt ask for more Such a great base for days out or chilled Read moredays - a real home from home. This is our first visit to the foundry. This is a fantastic holiday cottage. Set in a quiet location and a good for exploring all of Cornwall. close to shops and hayle beach. Will definitely come back. A great find.

Very nice clean comfortable cottage, great location for the beaches and shops. The new access drive to the cottage is good and we liked the fresh chicken eggs for sale it was a nice touch. It was our second stay here and we will be back again In the near future. Thanks again for a fab two weeks.
