These delightful properties have been lovingly converted to a very high standard and also boast a number of 'eco' features. Nestling on a family run working arable farm they offer a perfect retreat for families and couples looking to explore both the coast and country.

Surrounded by glorious open countryside just 1 mile inland from Hayle, you will find a wide range of attractions close by. The golden sands of Hayle provide 3 miles of beach, ideal for bathing and surfing, and on the other side of the bay, St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate, and many restaurants. Other attractions in the area include the Paradise Park, Flambards Theme Park, The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary. Alternatively, head south and discover the town of Penzance, long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, enjoying some spectacular scenery on route.

Additional WC on the ground floor. Lounge: cosy room with TV/DVD. Additional lounge area/sitting room: large airy room adjoining the kitchen/diner with French doors to patio and garden. Kitchen/diner: modern fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: useful area adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Absoutely amazing place to stay. Everything you could wish for & more from cream tea & flowers on your arrival to beautiful & tastefully decorated barn. Two sitting rooms, fully equipped kitchen, sperate room with washingmachine & tumble dryer, all ensuite rooms with super comfy beds and quiet setting. Nothing else we could have asked for. Absolutely superb accommodation. Couldn't fault a thing. The beds were particularly comfortable & we all slept like logs! Beautifully furnished & some nice touches, flowers & cream tea greeted us upon arrival. The provision of a BBQ in the garden meant we had some lovely summer evenings. Would highly highly recommend.

Our third year at this amazing property. Barn conversion to a very high standard, very well furnished with everything you need. Large lawn for kids to play on. Peaceful setting on a working arable farm. Plenty of car parking.

We stayed at the foundry at St Erth. It was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you could need. A lovely touch was a complimentary cream tea on arrival! Id recommend it highly!

Don't hesitate to book! The foundry was amazing, location amazing, facilities fantastic.
