Located in an absolutely breathtaking area overlooking the ocean and just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge, this lovely attached bungalow, lies in a courtyard of 12 similar properties. Offering the perfect holiday home, with easy access to all the attractions of West Cornwall.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and will take you along miles of cliff-tops in either direction. The village of Mullion is a short walk, with its shops, pubs and restaurants. This area is one of the most popular in Cornwall and only a short drive to the ever popular Lizard Point. Locally excellent walks along the coast and National Trust headland can be found. You will be spoilt for choice with a variety of sandy beaches and coves. Attractions in the area include tours of Poldark Mine, the seal sanctuary, St Michaels Mount, Flambards Theme Park, the Segway Safari and many National Trust properties and gardens.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with Smart TV. Kitchen area, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Outside: enclosed decked area with garden furniture and shared use of large lawn with areas for BBQs and fantastic sea views. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels) included,  electric, electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 or 2 small terrier size dogs welcome. Additional info: laundry facilities are available in the shared laundry room. Location: beach, pub and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage was in a very peaceful position, with beautiful coastal walks. It is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely go back

We enjoyed our week at Greenshank. The bungalow did the three of us a treat. Loved the decking area so we could sit outside. Lovely walks there and not far to drive to our favourite places, St Ives.

A lovely little cottage in a great location. Perfect for walking along the coastal path. A great chip shop in the town. This cottage has everything you need for a quick and easy week or long weekend away.
