This was our 2nd visit to Lambourne & can't wait until the next. Joan truly is the "hostess with the mostest". Cottage spotless, paddock & sitting out area lovely. Few mins drive from Perranporth's beautiful beach.Approx 20 mins to Truro & pub just across the road. Love it here.

Only drawback to this property is layout of shower room. Washbasin is positioned in an area with only 5'6'' headroom so difficult if taller than that. We had another lovely holiday at Lambourne Cottage and couldn't fault it. Joan goes above and beyond to make everything as comfortable and welcoming as possible and we and our 8 year old love it!

What a fantastic little cottage! We had a fantastic time and Joan was more than helpful on our arrival. A fantastic location, just a short ride from Perranporth and close to Truro and Newquay. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Beautifully presented cottage with a real seaside feel. The Cornish cream tea and cider, plus doggy treats on arrival made us feel very welcome. Good location to see most of Cornwall.

The cottage is well maintained and very comfortable and has a lovely relaxing feel about the place. Only issue I personally found was the height of the bathroom at one end. Ok if you are 5.5 or below at 5.10 I had to bend down to shave in the morning. However would not stop me rebooking next year

It has everything you need in a holiday cottage. There is a very welcome cream tea and strawberries on arrival. Situated at the side of the house it is very private and there is a paddock at the back which is lov ely for the dog. 2 small outside seating areas. Fantastic cottage with a very warm welcome by the lovely Joan. The cottage is far enough off of a road to be very peaceful and ideal for those with a Dog as there is a great paddock at the rear of the property. You are central for most places in the county (even the Lizard less than an hour away) or an ideal sanctuary if you just want to stay thereRead more. Hide
