Redruth has a Treasure Park that children will love, as well as Cornwall Gold, or take a trip to one of the fantastic beaches at Porthtowan, Portreath or Perranporth.
Live in luxury across three floors as this designer holiday home immediately makes an impact. Reverse-level layout is as striking as the décor, entering on the ground floor where you will find two of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious, with a king-size bed and access onto the front patio area, which can be enclosed with the 5-bar gate. The other bedroom on this floor is an ideal space for a family, with a king-size bed plus two singles, and a TV with freeview and DVD. These rooms share a shower room on the ground floor, with large shower and WC. The utility room can also be found on this floor, with washing machine and tumble dryer. Up the first set of stairs, the middle floor features the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and airy with TV and freeview, and has a large king-size bed with en-suite shower and fantastic balcony with seating , whilst the second room on this floor has twin single beds. There is another bathroom on this floor which has a bath with large separate shower and WC. Access to the top floor of the property is via a spiral staircase, where you will find the hugely spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, making a fantastic place for socialising, watching a film or enjoying the views. The lounge has comfortable soft furnishings, a beautiful wood burner, Smart TV/DVD and iPod dock, with sliding doors out onto the large balcony with seating and spectacular views. The dining table is large enough to seat up to ten people and ideal for enjoying a home cooked meal. The well-equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven, combination oven/microwave, induction hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker, it’s a contemporary and sleek area that you’ll love using on your holiday.  
A door from the middle floor allows access to the enclosed decked balcony, which boasts a hot tub and garden furniture, whilst there is a patio on the ground floor accessed from the king-size bedroom, a balcony on the middle floor from the master bedroom, and another large balcony on the top floor with seating and stunning views. The house is heated by renewable ground source heat pump system on to underfloor. There is ample parking for three large cars, or four smaller cars, and a car port that can be enclosed behind a five-bar gate.
 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Stunning house filled with top quality products. Extremely family and dog friendly. Beautiful country views and added bonus of a hot tub on the main decking. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly as described and was well equipped, even providing wind breaks, buckets and spades etc. Everything from the towels to bedding was good quality and the property was very dog friendly. The owner was helpful and easy to contact. This is the perfect base to explore Cornwall.

We were a family party of 7 adults and 4 children and the property suited us perfectly. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. Lovely views from the balconies. A good supply of towels were provided, including for the hot tub. Lots to do in the area. Our favourite activity was kayaking on Stithian Lake.

Great for a Family or Friends gathering and very sociable layout with fantastic views. Very Clean and Comfortable, but nor quite as secluded as we thought. Great facilities and am returning again in September!!

House spacious and modern ,plenty of room for 10 + people . Was delighted to find more cleaning products than we expected including dishwasher tablets which We found a real bonus. Hot tub fab but perhaps could do with daily maintenance. Overall a good house to stay great for a family celebration as our stay was outside space safe for children.
