Situated in a peaceful, central position this single level converted barn is one of four located on a 140-acre dairy farm in the heart of the Cornish countryside. 

Being in this excellent location you will find a pub and shop just two miles away. A collection of excellent beaches are a reasonable drive away including Porthleven, Gwithian and St Ives. The site has also recently been recognised as a ‘Site of Special Scientific Interest’ due to the many rare species of birds and plants that can be found. The unspoilt, natural surroundings make this a real treat for any nature/wildlife fans. Many of the Cornwall’s top visitor attractions are also within easy reach. Why not include a visit to The National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards or The Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary on your holiday? For romantic breaks, Cornwall has some fabulous restaurants to try out. On the North Coast, there is Fifteen at Watergate Bay, and a number of high profile seafood restaurants at Padstow, Rock and St Agnes. For walks, you’re never very far from the South West Coast Path, one of the best ways to see the region.

On arrival at the property you will notice its quaint design and the spacious open-plan layout of the lounge/kitchen/area with exposed wooden ceiling beams. The lounge area has comfortable seating with a TV/DVD to unwind in front of, as well as a hi-fi with which you can listen to your favourite music. The dining area is perfect for two, while the kitchen comprises of an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. If you feel like taking a break from cooking your own meals, the owner can also provide homecooked meals by arrangement. Close by is the double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC. Situated adjacent to the barns is a handy utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside through large doors is an enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area with furniture. Guests can watch the milking in the parlour by arrangement with the owners, you will also be able to watch the tractors in action. You can also make use of the fun games barn with its pool table and table tennis and shared lawn area with a trampoline, slide and swings. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the footpaths that run from the farm up to the beacon with breath taking views. There is also ample off-road parking.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Well located converted barn, in the countryside but within easy reach of Helston, Porthleven, Penzance, St Ives & Falmouth. Very comfortable for us & our dog

Lovely cottage just as advertised. Very comfy and well equipped. Every thing we needed. An enclosed garden for the dog and lovely walks around the farm. In the middle of no where down beautiful single track lanes. Very quiet but still close to shops etc. No phone signal, which was bliss but the internet worked well. I would recommend to anyone and Read moregladly return. Hide

Prospective guests should be warned that at 5.30 am the milking machines start, and they make a low pitched noise like a lorry idling constantly, and revving up not quite so much. This goes on for 4 hours, and again in the evening. At the same time the owner's dog, Alfie, starts barking and is just left to do this. The shower, that the owner told uRead mores was amazing is not fixed properly and just shoots water at the wall which was very irritating. Hide

We had a very lovely holiday, location was excellent, the cottage was brilliant every thing we needed was there, we felt really well come, the owner even baked us a cake, nice touch!! And the weather was hot and sunny what more could you want?
