Both Ken and Daphne were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We felt most comfortable with them. They know Cornwall, their area and were to go to enjoy your stay no matter what turns you on. Ideal position to go which ever way north south east or west. So much to see. Our onlt disappointment was the lost gardens of helligpn, probably the wrong timRead moree of year. Hide

A cosy cottage conveniently situated in a village within driving distance of a lot of Cornwall's attractions. The owners were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The village has 2 pubs, a fish & chip shop, a convenience store, bakery and a petrol station with a shop, which provided everything we needed.

The cottage was everything we hoped for and more. It was cosy and comfortable, quiet and very peaceful. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog enjoyed being free and easy and able to walk the fields off her lead, chase the bunnies and follow up all the countryside smells. We were never more than a 30 minute drive from the Cornish GRead morereat Gardens and National Trust properties we wanted to visit. The Bakery at the bottom of the lane sells FANTASTIC saffron cake.
