These delightful properties have been lovingly converted to a very high standard and also boast a number of 'eco' features. Nestling on a family run working arable farm they offer a perfect retreat for families and couples looking to explore both the coast and country.

Surrounded by glorious open countryside just 1 mile inland from Hayle, you will find a wide range of attractions close by. The golden sands of Hayle provide 3 miles of beach, ideal for bathing and surfing, and on the other side of the bay, St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate, and many restaurants. Other attractions in the area include the Paradise Park, Flambards Theme Park, The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary. Alternatively, head south and discover the town of Penzance, long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, enjoying some spectacular scenery on route.

Outside: all properties enjoy access to large shared lawn area. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the properties. Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both with high, open beamed ceilings giving a light spacious feel. 1 super-king-size with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC,. Additional WC on the ground floor with washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely open-plan living space with oak flooring throughout, TV/DVD and French doors to patio and garden. Kitchen area: modern fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Outside: private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: 1 well-behaved dog welcome during the months of November to March inclusive. Please kindly ensure that the dog is kept on a lead when on site.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

The cottage is well presented, tastefully converted and a credit to the owners. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable as is the rest of the cottage. Eating out offered plenty of choice, Hayle has it all. We had a cracking night at Salt Kitchen, live group and super food, as was Antininis Italian restaurant, the Watermill is worth a visit tRead moreoo. This is a beautiful, well equipped cottage I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were of a high standard and decorated tastefully. The fresh flowers on the table and the awaiting cream tea was a lovely welcome and the few basic provisions really appreciated. Set amongst a working arable farm this is a perfect holiday rental. A stone barn has been carefully converted into a sophisticated yet comfortable dwelling. We feel the owners had completely filled the brief for well appointed accommodation. The attention to detail was superb with their choice of furniture and fittings We have taken many self catering holidays in the past and by far this one was the nicest.

From the moment we walked through the door, we fell in love with Phillack! Luxury accommodation with everything you could possibly ask for to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, fabulous sized rooms, perfect location. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else now!! Thank you so much x x

The best cottage we have stayed in! The accommodation was well thought out and beautifully presented. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own en-suite. A real home from home and a pleasure to come back to after a busy day exploring the area. All in all a fantastic holiday. We are booking our next trip in 2017!
