This lovely barn conversion with vaulted ceilings, original exposed beams and oak floors has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. 1 of 3 properties plus farmhouse, surrounded by rolling countryside with fantastic sea views, children and adults alike will enjoy this idyllic location just 2 miles from the renowned Sennen Cove and Gwenver Beach with excellent surf.

Footpaths from the barn will take you on treks to Gwenver (approximately 1 mile, dogs allowed all year round) where you can join the South West coastal path. For those uneasy about the steep steps down to Gwenver beach, the property is just a 10 minute drive to Sennen Cove with beach car parks and all facilities close at hand. Several beautiful coves and beaches can be found on the peninsula including the Porthcurno beach with the Minack open-air theatre nestling in the cliffs. Pubs, shops and restaurants can also be found at Sennen (2 miles), or St Just (approximately 3 miles). Attractions to suit all tastes are within a short drive including Lands End, The Paradise Wildlife Sanctuary, The National Seal Sanctuary and Flambards Theme Park and St Michaels Mount. Lands End Aerodrome is located a short distance away, from where regular flights depart to the Scilly Isles.

Upside down style accommodation offering THREE bedrooms: on the ground floor, 1 king-size double with TV and en-suite shower, WC and heated towel rail. 1 twin bedroom and 1 further double with sea views. Bathroom: also on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area located upstairs with full length feature window to take in the sea views, leather sofas, flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD and a woodburner effect gas fire. Pine farmhouse dining table to seat six. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: external with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: external stone steps lead down to the enclosed patio area and lawn with seating, BBQ and lovely views over fields to the coastline. Amenities: parking in own grounds. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. A welcome tray is provided upon arrival for that first cup of tea along with Cornish biscuits. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. 2 well behaved dogs welcome, 3 dogs by arrangement, there is a £100 security deposit payable on arrival for 3 dogs. Additional info: stair gate available. Location: beach, pubs, shops and restaurant at Sennen 2 miles, footpath to Gwenver beach 1 mile (please note there are steep steps down to the beach). Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
