Walk to the southwest coast path going west, or take the quayside ferry to the path going east. Falmouth is ideal for touring Cornwall with a short drive to Lands End, Tate Gallery at St Ives, surfing beaches on the North Cornish Coast, Minack Theatre, Lizard peninsula, Flambards Theme Park and The Eden Project.

On the second floor: 1 double with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin with TV/DVD and en-suite with shower over bath and WC, 1 single with en-suite shower and a separate WC adjacent to room. On the ground floor: 1 double with TV/DVD and en-suite with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: large room on first floor with seating, TV, DVD/BluRay, CD/radio and dining area. Kitchen: well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and espresso/percolator. Cloakroom with WC on the ground floor. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: parking permits for 2 cars adjacent to the property. Bed linen, towels and electric included. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, multi-screen cinema, all within walking distance. Additional info: Bus and train routes within walking distance, Newquay airport 30 miles. Arrival: 4pm.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

This is a very well located property on the waterfront with beautiful views across the harbour. It is located along a narrow cobbled street with pubs on the other side. Some of the street facing bedrooms are a bit noisy but that should be expected by a quayside! Parking was very easy with the permits provided and we always had a space despite high Read moreseason. The house is well equipped - if you are keen to watch TV then the reception can be intermittent at times. Hide
