This 1860's house with its renovated apartments sits in a quiet residential area, on the edge of Penzance. Next to Penlee Park House covering 15 acres with a gallery and museum, football field, children's play area, tennis club, woodland walk and small open air theatre.

Nearby Morrab Gardens contains many fine specimens of the Australasian species that thrive in the microclimate. The long seafront is within strolling distance, with a busy harbour and esplanade. Take a dip in the magnificent 1930's Lido. A short walk will take you to the heart of Penzance with local amenities including water sports, fishing trips, antique shops, restaurants and galleries that show the work of local artists. Places of interest to visit include St. Michael's Mount, Mousehole, Newlyn, Sennen Cove, St Ives, Land’s End and Minnack open air theatre nestling into the cliffs’ edge.

Very comfortable and very well equipped first floor flat with a helpful owner. An easy and interesting walk to the middle of Penzance. The town park and art gallery are next door. The flat has a fascinating view of the bay and the local lanes and streets. Highly recommended for a holiday in West Cornwall.

Clean, well equipped and well located. Short stroll to anything in Penzance but quiet area. Kitchen has everything you could need and everything is spotless, would stay here agai.
