Stone cottage situated on a working farm, just one mile from a sandy beach and a harbour village with a pub and selection of cafes.

The location of this cottage, situated in a small collection of three other properties, makes it a wonderful place for a truly relaxing holiday. Its rural location is quiet and peaceful, and it is also within easy access of the breath-taking Lizard Peninsula, one of Cornwall’s quieter tourist destinations. The pace of life here is relaxed and easy, and you can potter around on beaches, take a pleasure boat cruise out to sea, or try your hand at fishing. The village of Coverack, just a mile from the property, is home to The Paris Inn, the village’s well-regarded pub which offers a delicious menu, including local seafood dishes.

This detached property is a delightful place for a break away from the stresses of daily life. Enter the open-plan lounge/diner with its beamed ceiling and rest after your drive on the comfy sofas. The TV and DVD are here, and just behind the main seating area, the dining table comfortably seats four. The dining area leads through to the kitchen, with its electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor: a double and a small bunk bedroom. The property’s bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed patio area and an additional lawned area and, of course, guests are able to explore the farm and visit the animals. There is ample parking. Guests may bring two dogs by arrangement and at additional charge.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean and June the owner gave a friendly welcome even leaving fresh flowers, biscuits and milk. There was everything you could think of in the cottage right down to dishwasher tablets you really don't need to bring anything but clothes. The location was very quiet and you definitely need a car for exRead moreploring but the surrounding area has lots to offer and Coverack itself is a great discovery. Best dog friendly accommodation we've had so far - thanks Hide

The advert and pictures give one the perception that it is bigger than it actually is. Expensive for so small a cottage.

This was a lovely quiet location in Cornwall and we have been several times and it never fails to disappoint. Everything you can wish for and it is good if you are a dog owner as there are plenty of walks and places to visit.

Excellent location with everything you need in the cottage. We've been there multiple times and will be going back.

The cottage is on a working farm 10 minutes walk from the south west coast path. The owner decorated the cottage for Christmas and was really accommodating. This is the 2nd time we have visited and won't be the last. If you want a quiet location to get away from it all this is the place for it.
