AN EXCELLENT COASTAL LOCATION OVERLOOKING THE GOLDEN SANDS OF HAYLE

With panoramic views across the 2 miles of spectacular golden sands of Hayle and across the bay to St Ives, this refurbished bungalow is a real treasure nestling on cliffs of the north Cornish coast. At the end of the enclosed garden the South West Coast Path follows a scenic route across cliffs to Godrevy Point or stroll down to Hayle sands (a few hundred yards) with its surf school and long stretch of safe beach. Dogs are welcome all year round on the beach a few hundred yards away.

St Ives, with its galleries, restaurants and picturesque harbour is easily accessible by a pretty coastal railway or bus route if you'd prefer not to take the car. Touring some of the most spectacular sites of Cornwall is made easy from the property. From Lands End to Penzance, down to the Lizard Peninsular you will find a range of ancient stone circles, disused tin mines, excellent attractions for the family and breathtaking beaches and coves. The Bluff Hotel, with a bar and restaurant, is a short stroll and a shop is also within walking distance. For more shops, restaurants, pubs and cinema, Penzance is 4 miles away.

The accommodation is set on one floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin with 2'6'' beds. Bathroom: family size with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Separate WC. Lounge: magnificent with a large window area that takes advantage of the views over the garden to the golden sands a few hundred yards away. A TV, freesat, DVD and coal effect gas fire is also situated in the lounge. Kitchen/diner: reached from the lounge, well-equipped with electric cooker, ornamental Aga, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility area: has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: patio area with seating, BBQ, small summerhouse with seating and enclosed lawn. From the garden, panoramic views across the bay to St Ives, can be enjoyed over a glass of wine. Amenities: private parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels and central heating included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: pub, shop and beach are all within a short stroll.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

A really great place to unwind with terrific views across the bay to St Ives. Very clean and warm even on a cold winters day. Been here three times now in November but be aware that most of the local amenities and rewards ( including shops and resturant ) are closed at this time of year.

Fantastic property and couldn't wish for a better view. Great for the dogs as the garden is big for them to run about.

Perfect location amazing views across the bay, huge garden and spacious and comfortable inside! We had a great time! Only slightly disappointed my cleanliness, we found breadcrumbs in food cupboard and dog hair on kitchen surface. Despite that I would happily go again!

Great location and fantastic view across to St Ives from the villa. Brilliant base to travel around this area of Cornwall and returned in the evenings to a comfortable villa with adequate cooking facilities but within a few minutes walk from the villa there is a pub with great food available.

The best week in Cornwall made extra special by staying at Villa Surfside. The view from the living room was breathtaking as was the bedroom. Everything was perfect for our family of five plus our little Yorkie. Highly recommend staying here, perfect base to travel to all the lovely places Cornwall has to offer.

We thought the cottage was in an idyllic location even in January the view was a joy. Perfect for dog owners. It was lovely and warm and the lounge seating was very comfortable. Also no problem parking which is a bonus in Cornwall.
