We were a group of friends coming from different directions for a birthday treat. Locally there are some great places to visit, and eat, and the cottage is a lovely space to come home to, with comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, a lovely garden and lots of space to spread out in. Great value in a lovely location, I'd definitely visit again.

Bloomsbury Barn was in peaceful countryside but within a short distance of Axminster town centre. It is also within easy reach of the Jurassic coastal resorts. It was comfortable, warm and well equipped. There is a spacious garden for those with children, and a delightful southern facing patio at the back of the house.
