Within walking distance of the beach, you’ll be able to wander down to the water’s edge and enjoy a day relaxing on the sand, or take a trip to one of the other fantastic nearby beaches by car, including Gorran Haven and Par Sands. St Austell is just four miles away, with a wide selection of restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, as well as its famous brewery and the Eden Project, or travel round to Fowey for an idyllic seaside town and experience one of the boat trips available.
A beautifully light and spacious room, the lounge occupies the entire ground floor of the property. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in after a long day of exploring, you can enjoy your favourite programme or film on the TV/DVD, keeping warm and cosy in front of the coal effect electric fire during the winter months. The remaining rooms are all on the first floor, benefiting from fantastic views of the rolling hills all around. The farmhouse kitchen is well-equipped for all you will need during your stay, comprising of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. If you’ve opted to cook up a storm, the dining room features a lovely table and chairs to seat up to four people, with superb views out to sea. The two bedrooms both have en-suite shower rooms with a WC in each; both are spacious and airy, the first featuring a double bed, the second with twin singles. An additional guest can also be accommodated using the Z-bed.
There is a large enclosed garden with spectacular sea views, outdoor furniture, BBQ and walks from the land leading directly to the coast. Guests will be welcome to watch some of the farming activities.
