Lovely place. Had everything we needed. Beautiful surroundings and well equipped. The dogs struggled a bit being able to see out on to the back where the horses/other dogs are so this might be difficult if your dogs are spoilt and highly strung like my mine, but the horses didnt mind and after all the walking the dogs were mostly too tired to care.Read more Hide

Cottage and location ideal for walking holiday. We had 3dogs and they had a great time and were safe in the paddock

Great peaceful location if you like rural retreats. Very dog friendly with a good paddock to exercise the dogs in the mornings. The surrounding lanes are not for the faint hearted drivers being very narrow to negotiate. Lots of dog friendly beaches within driving distance and great walks in Cardinham Woods.

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at Little Sylvan Tor. Pretty bedrooms and comfy beds, efficient heating, beautiful bathroom with plenty of hot water, great views of the surrounding countryside with horses grazing. Peaceful location , ideally situated to get out and about. Sue and Mandy lovely and friendly. We had everything we needed and more, Ty one of our German shepherds has 'paddock ' envy, and Max made friends with Honky Dory one of the horses. Great if you want to get away from everything.
