Well equipped and comfortable cottage which made a very relaxing holiday home. Very remote location made a car essential but plenty of shops within a few miles and some nice pubs with good restaurants.

Very comfortable and spacious cottage. Well equipped and clean. WiFi better than expected. Large secure garden, great if you have dogs, and sun trap of a patio. Very quiet location with great views of the countryside.

We had a very wet and windy holiday, but it hasn't put us off. The cottage was lovely, the garden was great, and very secure for our three dogs. Lots of room for them to run around. Location was great - in the middle of nowhere. Great wifi reception. Cottage lovely and warm. Would highly recommend it and we hope to get back again later this year.

The cottage is very comfortable and well furnished. It is located in a very rural area but within an easy drive of the various beauty spots of North Devon. It is fairly isolated in terms of pubs but is ideal for dog owners with local footpaths and access to the orchard on the opposite side of the lane. The garden is also dog-proof.

Loved it here. Great base for exploring North Devon. Dogs loved the huge garden. Everything you could want or need in the cottage including a massive pile of wood for fire. Very dog friendly. Will come back next year and explore some more.

Great property, great location our 3rd visit and now planning next year. We've even recommended it to my parents who loved it as well. Garden is great for the dogs and totally secure so no issues with letting the beasts (Sky & Luna) run around to their hearts content:)
