A beautiful house, in a lovely, quiet location with plenty of inside space. Outside space isn't great for kids but you are on the banks of the River Spey so plenty of walks. Really enjoyed our stay.

Generally no complaints but arrival at 1800 is a little late although hopefully this will now revert to an earlier time with the decline of Covid

The beds were super comfy and the log fire was fab and quick to heat the place. The WiFi was probably the best we've seen at holiday accommodation ever....?! The smart TV had everything we could have wanted in terms of apps, and sound quality was good. Location was great for Distillery visits, though the two closest ones were closed for the season.Read more Plenty restaurants a short drive away and lots of walks out the back if you have dogs. We would definitely come back again! Hide

As a whisky lover, this property has bags of character and is set in a beautiful location. Plenty of walking/running on the doorstep. Good location for distillery tours and also located half way between the Moray coastline and the Cairngorms.

Great house in lovely location, perfect access to coast or mountains. A bit remote if you want to walk to a pub or restaurant, but made up for by river and wildlife. Aberlour perfect for takeaways and eating out, 10 minutes by car. House is super comfy and has plenty of room. Kitchen well equipped. Note you cannot access the back garden closest to Read morethe river. All furniture is out front on the deck area overlooking other properties. A fantastic location right by the river and Speyside way so you can walk from your front door. Lovely large living area and good size bedrooms. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit ourselves again. There is only one pub and restaurant within walking distance which is 2 miles so I would say a car is essential.
