The house is situated in a quiet, rural location with a river nearby. The garden is perfect for families and our children enjoyed exploring in it! The house was well equipped for home cooking and the board games and music was a winner with our children. By and large we had a great stay, although the wi-fi wasn't available and we had to field some calls from BT in order to try and get it re-connected. The location was great, the cottage clean and great for a family. A lovely place to stay with a great garden that our granddaughter loved to run through. Very spacious for our large family group. Very well equipped, even to the extent of having candles etc in case of power-cuts. (We found this out when a storm knocked out a local sub-station.)

Our family had a lovely stay at this property - it's ideal for all ages. The living areas are comfortable and great for relaxing and watching a dvd or playing some of the games provided. There are bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor which suited my father who doesn't manage the stairs very well. Outside there is a super garden space which theRead more kids could play in and lots of outdoor seating for the adults. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future. Hide
