Really enjoyed our stay at Ballathie, great location for activities and days out. Cottage a little dated but was largely clean. Some kitchen equipment needs a good clean and updating. Garden a good size although littered with bits of dog muck from previous guests which isnt great when you have young kids wanting to play.

Great location with access to all the local walks. Enclosed garden suited the dog. We benefitted from excellent weather but the carport would be very useful in wet weather.
