The perfect place for a break. The cottage is beautiful and comfortable. The views are amazing and if you can tear yourself away from them, there are great walks along the coast or attractions further afield. The village shop is well stocked so no need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Cottage was very quaint with lovely seaside touches. Location excellent for watching all the comings and goings at the harbour, or as a base for visiting the surrounding area. It was nice that milk, tea and coffee had been left for when we arrived.

We thought the cottage was delightful so cosy with everything we needed. Having the open fire was such a bonus even though it wasnt needed to keep us warm. The window seat was an especial favourite of the children. It was lovely being able to look out over the little harbour.

Location is fantastic. When you open the front door, you're immediately in front of the sea. There is a hotel right around the corner which serves typically Scottish food and coffee to go. In the harbour you can buy fresh lobsters. The house itself is very basic but right what you need at this location.
