You may recognise Port Isaac from the immensely popular TV show Doc Martin. It’s also been used in films like Saving Grace and Blue Juice. Other places to visit include the smaller harbours of Port Quin and Port Gaverne, Pencarrow House, St Nectans Glen, Tintagel Castle and Padstow, home to Rick Stein’s famous seafood restaurants. Some of the best fish restaurants in England can be found in North Cornwall, so if seafood is your thing you’ll be in foodie heaven.
On arrival you will be greeted to a at this cosy and appealing cottage-style accommodation which dates back 100's of years. Guests will find an open-plan lounge/diner with many of its original character, with its low-beamed ceilings, ample comfy seating and an open inglenook-style flame-effect electric fire and a smart TV. Relax on the sofa of an evening and catch up with all of your TV and film favourites after a long day of exploring the wider area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, halogen hob, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher – everything you’d expect to need to need to cook up a frenzy on your self-catering holiday break. Nearby is a shower room with WC. Upstairs is the double bedroom approached via a cute cottage style staircase.
Outside there is access to a lovely, lush shared garden and to the front of the property a small decked area with some chairs to relax in. It is a very welcoming and spacious garden to explore and relax in. There is off-road parking for one car.
