Within a short drive of many of the historical industrial and maritime places of interest in Cornwall. There are some fabulous remnants of the tin mining industry across the area. The best of which are found at Botallack near St. Just and the working museums at Levant and Geevor Mines. You are also close to Praa Sands and Gunwalloe Cove. Other major visitor attractions include Flambards, Land’s End, Tate Gallery at St Ives and many others. Experience a unique sub-aqua wildlife trip with Marine Discovery Penzance or visit the famous open-air Minack Theatre which are both within an easy drive. Upon arrival a flight of rustic granite steps lead you up to the entrance of this charming, split-level loft apartment. A homely entrance hall welcomes you, off which you will find the shower room/WC and the open-tread stairs leading up to the main accommodation. Upstairs you will find the spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with delightful vaulted beam ceiling. The living space offers plenty of seating, a TV/DVD, hi-fi with mounted speakers and a wood burner effect fire. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge with ice compartment, a dishwasher and washing machine. The loft is in a beautiful location, really close to lots of lovely beaches and lots to see. The place is very clean but there's stairs in weren't overly appropriate for our youngest child aged 2.

Had a fantastic week. Loved watching (from the lounge window) the deer playing in the field. Ian has thought of everything you need for your stay. Will definitely book with them again when we visit Penzance.

A lovely holiday for family and dogs! Quiet and chilled. Amazing night sky if clear. Nice welcome pack.Only slight shame was no garden to let dogs into, something to know. A great hideaway, and would come again!

The location of this charming property is first class. Fantastically situated for all of the wonderful places to visit. Very quiet and peaceful with some lovely walks. We had a a welcome package of some biscuits, milk, wine and some dog treats, which was a lovely gesture. We had a lovely break and thank Mr Taylor very much.
