Attractive period accommodation, occupying part of a 13th century farmhouse, situated on the owner’s organic dairy farm and located equal distance between Croyde and Putsborough beaches; both under 1.5 miles.
This property is ideally situated just two miles inland from Devon’s north coast. The pretty village of Georgeham is just up the road, offering a village shop and two welcoming pubs - perfect for an evening out or a lunchtime pint. One of the best surfing detinations in the country, Croyde Bay, is under two miles from the property, as is the expansive beach of Putsborough Bay. Of course, there are many other beaches within a short drive of the property, including those at Woolacombe, Saunton Sands, and Ilfracombe. For a change of scene, why not enjoy a day out at Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, or Exmoor National Park?
This handsome 13th century farmhouse offers comfortable and homely accommodation for eight guests. The lounge, with its exposed beams, warming woodburner, large corner sofa, Freesat TV/DVD and sound bar system has a wonderfully cosy feel to it, making it a relaxing space in which to spend the evenings with family or friends.
