The family-friendly, sandy beach of Woolacombe is just a short stroll from this property, and the popular beaches of Croyde and Saunton are within easy reach, all providing excellent surfing. The South West Coast Path, offering spectacular views and some of the finest walks in the country, is also nearby. You can also access The Tarka Trail, which offers fantastic off-road walking and cycling. You could explore Exmoor National Park, take a day trip to Lundy Island, or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops. There are many other attractions including the National Trust property of Arlington Court, the pretty fishing village of Clovelly, or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park.

On entering this attractive first-floor apartment you will find yourself in the elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge offers TV/DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire. The dining area is nicely situated. Heading over to the kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a handy breakfast bar. Exploring further you will find two comfy bedrooms: one king-size and a twin. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.

A beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment, ideally located - only 2mins walk from the beach. We felt very sad to leave and would definitely return.

Breakers was everything promised on the website. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with some nice touches that make a difference - for example, everything you need for a cup of tea on arrival, without having to find a shop! It has amazing views, and really is only a couple of minutes from the beautiful, sandy beach. If only I could give more thanRead more 5 stars for location!! The location is fantastic being in the centre of the village with great access to both the local amenities as well as the beach. The property itself is slightly dated though it has everything you want for a short break. Parking is good though access is tight. Our break was marred by significant refurbishment work in the flat below with noisy work eRead morevery day starting at 8am! Forced us to leave 2 days early though this shouldnt detract from the location or the that the apartment was basically OK. Hide
