A comfortable, fairly well-equipped cottage, alongside a working farm. Has its own fishing lake, which we did not try ourselves, but fishermen seemed well pleased with some large carp. Well located close to Torrington which has a Lidl, a chippy, and range of specialist shops. Biddeford, Barnstaple, Clovelly, Westward Ho and Bude all within easy driRead moreve. Hide

The Willows is a home from home, comfortable, close to amenities with beautiful views. Mrs Ridd was an excellent host and very friendly. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Lovely, very clean and well equipped cottage. Good range of kitchen equipment for cooking meals. Beds comfortable and showers worked well. Both bedrooms good size. Good parking space. Only downside is the situation which is down a rather narrow lane. It is not too long though but a bit worrying that there is the chance of meeting a tractor and traiRead moreler. Hide

Super place. Ideal for cycling on the scenic Tarka trail. Lovely canal walk at Bude (45min drive). Rosemore Gardens nearby, well worth a visit. Glass factory nearby, well worth a visit. We had a great week.

We really loved the cottage. Immaculately clean, extremely well lated out and presented, very well equipped, stunning location being far enough away from the town to be quiet, yet close enough to be convenient. Great fishing lake, and I caught a personal best. The.owners are very friendly and always on hand.
