There are a number of circular walks available from your doorstep, while a short drive will bring you to a host of long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and picturesque fishing villages including Doc Martin’s famous Port Isaac. Nearby attractions also include King Arthur’s Tintagel, Launceston Steam Railway, National Sea Life Aquarium and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Step across the wooden bridge that brings you to the front door of this charming property and walk into the impressive open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. Featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and ceiling trusses, slate floors and French windows opening out to a Juliet balcony, this is a stunning space. In the kitchen area, you will find a cooker, fridge with ice box and microwave. A table and chairs sits in the French window, while the sitting area beyond features comfortable leather sofas, an electric wood burner a TV/DVD with Freeview, perfect for relaxing evenings in. Step downstairs and you’ll find the cosy bedroom, which adopts an alpine style with exposed beams and woodwork. Here there is a king-sized bed, which can be split into twin beds on request. There is a stylish fully-tiled en-suite wet room style shower room with WC.

Outside there is shared use of large lawn gardens and outside seating, the perfect spot for enjoying an evening drink while admiring the breath-taking views with your furry friend.

Nice clean barn conversion, no frills but good accomodation. Walking distance to the coastal path, but once you've done that and a short stretch along the coast you feel like you've accomplished quite a lot, but that might just be me!

Perfect cottage for a quiet escape. Cottage had everything you could need, set in beautiful countryside. Me, my hubby and our dog had a lovely week here and would definitely stay again. Boscastle a 5 min drive away or couple of mile walk along the coastal path with pubs and shops for any necessities.

It was much further from the coastal path than we had thought which was disappointing and much too far for us to walk into Boscastle which we had wanted. It was very peaceful and quiet there but we would like to have been able to sit in a garden in the shade. On the whole it was a nice place to stay.
