One of three homely holiday properties on the complex, and located just two miles from the popular sandy beaches at Croyde and Saunton, make use of the shared outdoor pool and four acres of garden.

This property makes an ideal location for a holiday for those who like nothing more than to spend time relaxing at the seaside, as there are a number of wonderful sandy beaches just a short drive away. The nearest of these is Saunton Sands just two miles from the property, which is a well-appointed three-and-a-half-mile long stretch, with a beachside cafe and a surf shop. Other beaches that are all within easy reach include Croyde Bay, Woolacombe, and the interesting Tunnels Beach in Ilfracombe, which also boasts a tidal pool, offering safe bathing in all conditions.

 As soon as guests arrive at this homely property, they will be able to sit back and relax in the lounge/diner, where comfortable seating is positioned to allow guests to enjoy the TV, DVD, and hi-fi. There is a door leading out from this room to the patio area, allowing guests to choose whether they want to eat at the dining table or outside. An archway links this room to the kitchen, where guests will find everything they need to make their favourite dishes including an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, whilst a separate utility room houses the tumble dryer. One of the bedrooms, a twin room, is also located on the ground floor, as is the bathroom which offers a shower over bath and WC. Upstairs, guests will find an attractive double room that has exposed beams and a sloping ceiling, meaning that there is some reduced head-height in some areas of the room.

Outside the property, there is a patio area with garden furniture, making a great place to enjoy al fresco meals or a quiet early morning coffee, whilst guests are also welcome to enjoy the four acres of shared grounds where there is a children’s play area equipped with a climbing frame, swings, and a slide. The shared outdoor pool is always a hit with guests, and it is available from May through until the end of September. There is ample off-road parking available.

Ideally situated for Suanton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches. Braughon offers good dining either restaurant or takeaway and a Tesco superstore. Cottage is in quiet, secluded position. Lovely spacious holiday cottage in great location for Saunton Sands. Very comfortable and well equipped. Outdoor pool was lovely for the kids in the hot weather and they also enjoyed the play area.

We stayed in the next door cottage last year so we knew the property. It was perfect for the children; a swim after breakfast before going to the beach and then again on our return. We came home with 2 very tired and happy children!
