This property enjoys a wonderful seafront location in the harbour town of Ilfracombe. The town has plenty to offer holidaymakers, so much so that some may prefer to leave their car parked up and spend the days wandering the towns streets, browsing the shops, sampling the local seafood, relaxing at the beach, perhaps taking a boat trip from the town’s harbour, or paying a visit to the interesting aquarium. For those who want to explore a bit further afield, the surrounding area is rich in attractions and places of interest including Lynton and Lynmouth, Heddons Mouth, and the spectacular beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde.

This apartment is set right on the cliff edge, and is approached by an internal carpeted flight of stairs which takes guests to the lower-ground-floor accommodation. This being a studio apartment, guests will find everything they need contained cleverly in one living space, which is dominated by the spectacular views out to sea. In one corner of the room, the kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The lounge area is at the heart of the space and has a folding dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa, Sky Q TV, and WIFI.   It provides the perfect space to enjoy the views across the patio garden to the sea through the patio door. The double bed folds down at night from the lounge wall, meaning it can be stowed conveniently out of the way during the day. The property has a contemporary shower room with a WC.

Outside, nestled on the cliff face there is a fantastic patio garden to the rear of the property where care must be taken, a pretty shingled space with attractive plants and a table and chairs from which to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the sea.   Deck Chairs are available in the apartment.  The end boundary of the garden is the sea wall, where there are spectacular views but care should be taken in this area.

what a brilliant place to stay, the apartment is first class close to the harbour and shops and pubs I can not fault it I have stayed here a few times now and I will be going back. and if I win the lottery I will make the owners a offer to buy it.

This holiday flat is amazing. It has all you need, an amazingly comfy bed, fantastic shower and a view that waking up to is just what holidays are about. Ideally located to explore coastal towns nearby, but with enough coastal exploration on the door step you don't need to drive out every day. Patio was appalling overgrown shrubs broken pots dead plants in other pots. Urgent need of a make over especially for the price charged.
