Surrounded by Cornish farmland, this property is situated adjacent to the popular Camel Creek Adventure Park. Here guests can enjoy many attractions, animals and 40 rides for free during opening hours only please visit camel creek website for more information, a great day out for all ages. Popular Padstow is just six miles away and boasts a picturesque harbour, independent shops, cafes and restaurants and several inspiring galleries. Cornwall’s coastline is rich in character and boasts secluded coves, rugged cliffs and traditional fishing villages.

Inside, the impressive kitchen will please any cook, with wooden floors, exposed ceiling beams, a charming hearth with exposed brickwork and pretty sash windows. When you’re not making the most of the local eateries, prepare your meals in this newly fitted room, which contains an oven, hob, two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. At the other end of the room is the large dining table, which sits beside a feature fireplace with wood burner while an iPod docking station adds ambiance to special occasions. The lounge is large and bright, with exposed beams above and wooden flooring below. Here there is enough space for every guest to relax on the comfortable sofas while enjoying the TV, DVD, and selection of games, films and books. The king-size master bedroom is located on the first floor and features built-in wardrobes, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower. Also on this floor are another double and two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom with overhead shower, while the twin bedroom and double bedroom with feature fireplace and TV are located downstairs along with the second family bathroom, which also has an overhead shower. The rear porch acts as a utility space and features a tumble dryer.

Outside, a paved patio area wraps around the property, the perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ at the table and chairs. The lawn beyond is ideal for children and dogs, while the hot tub to the rear adds to the luxurious nature of this property.

Beautiful cottage inside and out, everything you could ask for Absolutely fantastic break, the house was beyond expectations and beautiful, and NO faults whatsoever. Couldnt have asked for a better time away. Totally recommend this to anyone. Will be definitely booking up to stay there again.

Generally a really nice house. Well located to explore Cornwall but be aware that it is right next to the main entrance of camel creek adventure park. It wasnt an issue for us as we went outside of peak times but it isnt made clear until its booked. Staff were lovely when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised by the house as the pictures dontRead more do it justice. The hot tub and pool table were well used and a good selling point. Lovely big house comfortable and very well equipped. Nice and private and no noise from park next door if you had children the park would be a great thing to be near. The hot tub and outdoor furniture are huge and lovely to use in the evening for a barbecue which was very clean and a nice addition. Local attractions are a short drive away and some Read morenice places to eat close by. We also loved the pool table and it would be a great place for any family to stay at any time of the year. Age range 74 to 7. What a fabulous place to stay. All rooms a Lovely size. Garden well secluded. We all enjoyed the free theme park just a short stroll away. Also the hot tub was well used. Location was also spot on not far from Padstow and Newquay. Great holiday.

The cottage was lovely and was perfect for a weekend away with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Enough space for all of us, with clean rooms and the hot tub was ready to go. Although the cottage is remote, it was a short drive to the coast and local towns. Would definitely return in the future.

The cottage is situated near a working farm a short stroll away from the adventure park. The property has a private drive & parking area, an enclosed garden with hot tub, and garden seating & bbq. The cottage itself was fabulous, perfect for our stay, everything was spotless.
