It is on a secluded site, which is primarily for caravans. It is very quiet and when you are walking a dog last thing, very dark. I had a good torch. The approach roads are typical Cornwall and have not kept pace with the increasing size of cars but it is very convenient for Padstow, Wadebridge, Boscastle etc. I would use it again.

Perfect cottage, hidden away with the most amazing views. Play area for our littles ones which they loved popping up to every night, pizza van on site 3 days a weeks, very tasty! and to top it off a bar, have a relaxing drink while the kids play, Close by all beaches which was perfect.

What a lovely little property! We had a great week here as a family of 5 with our dog. Well located, only a short drive to Padstow (head to town early as parking becomes very busy by mid morning) and the beach. It is well equipped and had everything we needed for the week. The onsite pizza box was great though if you do want pizza, order early as iRead moret gets busy and the wait can be an 1 hour +. Live music at the bar was good fun too. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back. Hide

Lovely accomodation in rural setting, down pretty winding lanes. Building has charactetistics of a converted barn with wooden floors, and a few creaks. Spotlessly clean with every facility one could want. Parking for 2 cars.

The property was excellent and a very warm welcome was received. It was very well equipped and all the crockery, glasses, cutlery etc were of a really good standard. It was within easy reach of good beaches and the enclosed garden and BBQ was fantastic. Very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended.
