Outside, the property benefits from a lawned area with picnic tables. A BBQ is available on request. In addition, guests are able to enjoy the farm's 20 acres of grounds, including the "secret garden" with seating and fire pit, as well as the indoor soft play area, the outdoor play area and the games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. A highlight for many guests is the opportunity to meet and feed the resident animals. Footpaths lead from the property straight to Bodmin Moor. There is ample off-road parking available. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome, more by prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted from 20th July  - 31st August 2019 and from 18th July - 29th August 2020. The cottage was amazing! Home from home and they were so welcoming. My children adored the animals and they even let them walk the dogs on the last day. Definitely be back again.
