Situated just one mile from popular Looe, this charming courtyard cottage enjoys a fantastic array of leisure facilities on the doorstep.

Located within 55 acres of unspoilt rolling Cornish countryside, this property is well away from roads, making it the ideal spot for walkers. Once you have finished exploring the countryside, head to the nearby fishing ports of Looe and Polperro, which boast quaint coastal cottages, independent shops and cafes. For a spot of retail therapy, head to the lively city of Plymouth for its Drake shopping centre, while St Austell, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan all make great days out.

Inside, the accommodation is open-plan and contemporary yet steeped in traditional charm through retained original features throughout, including exposed beams and stonework. The kitchen area is spacious and bright, with shaker style units, and well-equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, fan-assisted oven, gas hob and dishwasher. Dine at the charming dining table that sits against the exposed stone wall before retreating to the lounge area to make the most of the Smart TV/DVD. There are two bedrooms in this property, one double with TV and one twin. The bedrooms share a shower room.

Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar, restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter, Whitsun, summer and Autumn half term holidays. On site play facilities include a children's play park and a games room with pool and air hockey.
