Lovely house, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean and has pretty much everything you need. 3 adults and 15 month old had plenty of space and a great holiday was had by all.

A spacious fairly modern property in a great location for access to the beach and the hills. The house is clean and tidy with all the essentials provided. We have just completed our second holiday at this property and it wont be our last!

The house was perfectly situated. I think we were very lucky as Butlins was very empty.. Im not sure if it would be noisier had it been busier. Perfect for beach - being able to walk to the beach with all our beach stuff. House was very comfy, spacious, clean and well equipped. Perfect for our family. We could fit both our cars (one estate and one Read morepeople carrier) in the garage and on the drive. Ideal location for shops with the 3 large supermarkets in walking distance. Hide

Great location 2 minutes walk to beach. Well appointed property loads of room and great terrace which has the sun in the afternoon. Easy access to the town and 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. Plenty of great pubs/restaurants near by. The costal path can pick up just across the road from butlins and worth a walk along to blue anchoRead morer, the driftwood cafe and the smugglers inn. We would definitely stay here again. Hide

This was a lovely property. We were really impressed by the cleanliness on arrival. Beautifully positioned close to shops, beachfront and the centre of Minehead. We were grateful for the range of games as well as weather in October is often unpredictable. Thank you for a lovely base for us to spend our family time.

Ideal location near to shops and sea. The property suffers from a number of niggles which whilst not major were very irritating. One tap so loose you have to use two hands to stop it revolving further whilst turning on, the shower over bath leaks where connected to the taps, the kitchen has very poor illumination made worse by a faulty light behindRead more the sink bowl. No First-Aid box which was surprising. Despite all these, the property was much better than some others we have stayed in. Hide

This property is a relatively new build, its generously proportioned and in a great location! Parking is exactly as described so two small cars can be accommodated. The beach is two minutes walk away. Butlins is also very close but you get no impact from this in regards to noise etc. The only negative comment is regarding the noise from the seagullRead mores, its constant 24/7 so if you need the windows open at night be warned! Absolutely fantastic location close to the centre of Minehead, the beach and a couple of supermarkets for anything you needed. However not a 4 star property.

Our second stay in this delightful home from home. I must praise Lucie and her other half who turned out on a bank holiday Monday to repair some damage to one of the beds. Nothing was too much trouble. I am sure we will come again.
