It is perfectly located for exploring the range of beaches around the Lizard Peninsula, which benefits from being one of Cornwall’s quieter tourist destinations, with a laid-back pace of life. For a different experience of Cornish life, the popular town of St Ives with its Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum is less than an hour’s drive away, whilst the town of Falmouth is within a forty-five-minute drive.
This well -proportioned property is the perfect place for a family break and guests will find that there is plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out. There are two lounges, each with its own TV (one is a Smart TV). One benefits from the addition of a DVD player, whilst the other has an open fire, lovely for relaxing in front of in the winter months. The contemporary kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy your stay including an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Doors from the kitchen open out onto the garden. There is also a handy separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. To the first floor, there are four bedrooms: two with king sized beds, one of which has an en-suite shower and WC, and two twins. There is an additional shower room with WC on the first floor, whilst a bathroom with bath and WC is located on the ground floor.
Outside, large gardens surround the property, with views over lovely farmland towards the sea and garden furniture for guests to enjoy the sunshine. The owner's friendly cows are often in the field just over the fence and happy to say hello.
