Large, detached property in a prime location for exploring the stunning Lizard Peninsula with its wealth of beaches and harbour villages.

This property with sea views in a private location is within walking distance of the village of St Keverne, which has two pubs and a number of shops. It is perfectly located for exploring the range of beaches around the Lizard Peninsula, which benefits from being one of Cornwall’s quieter tourist destinations, with a laid-back pace of life. For a different experience of Cornish life, the popular town of St Ives with its Tate gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum is less than an hour’s drive away, whilst the town of Falmouth is within a forty-five-minute drive.

This well -proportioned property is the perfect place for a family break, and guests will find that there is plenty of space for everyone, both inside and out. There are two lounges, each with its own TV. One benefits from the addition of a DVD, whilst the other has an open fire, lovely for relaxing in front of in the winter months. The contemporary kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy your stay including with an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Doors from the kitchen open out onto the garden. There is also a handy separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. To the first floor, there are four bedrooms: two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower and WC, and two twins. There is an additional shower room with WC on the first floor, whilst a bathroom with bath and WC is located on the ground floor.

Outside, large gardens surround the property, with sea views and garden furniture for guests to enjoy the sunshine. There is ample off-road parking. Guests are welcome to bring up to three dogs on request and at an additional charge of £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter per dog.

Trevallack house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The dogs especially enjoyed the wrap around garden, which we would have definitely spent more time in had the weather been better! We had some lovely meals at Fat Apples Cafe and Roskillys and take away from The Three Tuns pub. The secluded location was reaRead morelly peaceful, and we found lots of interesting places to go for walks within a short drive of St Keverne. We hope to return. Hide

What a blissful place to spend Christmas! We decided to go away this Christmas for the first time ever and enjoyed it so much we must go again. Everything at the cottage was perfect, beautifully furnished and cosy. We really appreciated the open fire and the supply of fuel. The kitchen is large and well equipped which made Christmas dinner easy to Read moreprepare. We loved the fresh flowers - a lovely touch. We spent our days walking from the cottage around the local area including some coastal path. Hide

Really nice house in a lovely quiet part of Cornwall, ideal for a family of five plus three dogs. The house had all the amenities you could expect, and a large enclosed garden for the dogs to run in. Close to village of St Keverne with a great pub to eat out in and close to nice beaches to run the dogs on.

Fabulous location, lovely property, spacious and had everything we needed, in walking distance to the village pubs, there are two and both served lovely food. Cows were an added bonus they were very friendly and came over to the fence when we arrived back at the property which my little grandson loved.

Trevallack house is a lovely place to stay. Our family really enjoyed our time there. It was an ideal escape, very quiet and relaxed. You do need a car for outings and shopping. Would return.

A gorgeous house, fantastic location, very comfortable furnishings, many interesting things to do nearby - The Minack Theatre, Lizard Point, Gunwalloe Sands, Porthleven and many other beautiful sandy beaches and coves nearby.
