We had a very good Christmas, the cottage was comfortable and the owners went out of their way to make it look festive . A very enjoyable break, shame the weather was bad .

Beautiful cottage and stunning location, remote enough but also close enough (2 miles) from maintown and other little villages and attractions. Just perfect for our family of three (including a just turnned 2 year old). The garden was located to the front of the cottage but was very secure for a toddler and enough space for a little one to play andRead more wheel a buggy etc. We ate in the garden, under the wisteria, every morning and evening. Absolutely beautiful cottage with a real homely feel from the minute you step through the door. Well appointed to a very high standard, you could wish for anything more. I visited with 2 small children (8 & 9) it was even well equipped for them. Fantastic hosts, they've thought of everything. We didn't want to leave! Thank you, we will be back....

The cottage is over bit as cosy as it looks and the piano really makes it. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and has great suggestions for places to see and eat. The location is ideal for exploring that area of north devon and the Exmoor/TIntagel area is about an hours drive away. The village is nice and quiet and stunning when it's sunny.

The cottage was a home from home. Cosy and warm with the log burner and the Rayburn in the kitchen. The cottage had everything we could wish for and more. Walks from the door, plenty of places to visit and lots of places to eat. We are already planning a return visit early next year.
