Situated just a short stroll from the quaint village centre, offering a selection of shops, local bus routes and a well-known skate park. Situated just a mile and a half from the surfing Mecca of St Agnes, which offers a host of cliff top walks and wonderful ruins to meander in and out of and take in the mining heritage of the area. Located just a couple of miles off the A30 means that the whole of this unique county is all on your doorstep, from the beauty of the popular surfing beaches littered along the North coast, and the quaint unspoilt South coast filled with hidden coves and small traditional fishing villages.

Step inside from the quaint front garden and hang up your coats. Head through to the lounge area and cosy up on the comfy sofas in front of the open fire and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. An opening leads to the farmhouse-style kitchen/diner area, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table whilst planning your day ahead. Completing the downstairs is a separate WC. Upstairs you’ll find the spacious double and single bedrooms, both with hanging space, the contemporary family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

From the kitchen/diner, patio doors open onto the rear terrace with seating to dine alfresco with a BBQ on the go. The garden is completely enclosed and a suntrap for summer lazy days or enjoy those warm summer evenings. Parking for one car is on the driveway and there is also on-street parking if required.
