One of two properties on a rural farm complex, this barn conversion is surrounded by 35 acres of countryside and is centrally located for visiting attractions all over Cornwall.

This property is reached via a long drive and is surrounded by acre after acre of Cornish countryside. The owners live onsite but privacy is assured. With a central position just a few miles from the popular town of Bodmin, this barn conversion is within easy reach of both the famous beaches of the north coast as well as the peaceful fishing villages of the south coast. World-class attractions such as the Eden Project are also close enough for a day trip.

The accommodation is arranged over the ground floor only, and features two bedrooms, shower room, a lounge/diner and a kitchen/diner. The two comfortable bedrooms consist of one double and one twin room. There is a wet room with, WC and underfloor heating. Featuring a traditional stone floor, the cosy lounge has a dining area, and a TV/DVD as well as a wood burner for those cold evenings, with the first basket of logs included. For additional guests a double fold-up bed for the lounge is also available on request. The kitchen/diner includes a breakfast area perfect for starting off your morning, an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

To the side of the property is a nice enclosed garden with seating, where you can enjoy the views out onto the surrounding countryside. Friendly donkeys also live in some of the neighbouring fields. Ample off-road parking is provided.
 

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Can not speak highly enough of the owners. The location was great for the Moor, and equal distance from the south and north coasts. Tucked up out of the way but minutes from the A30 and Bodmin for provisions.
