The sandy beach of Widemouth Bay is just a three-minute drive, while an eight-minute drive will bring you to Bude, a thriving coastal town. This single-storey property contains three bedrooms: one double with TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom (including bath with shower over), one twin with en-suite shower room and another double. There is also a separate WC. The lounge retains many original period features including an exposed stone wall and wooden beams, and also features a wood burner as well as a TV/DVD with Freeview. Leading on from the lounge, the kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Electric, oil-fired central heating and Wi-Fi are also included with this property. The property includes a number of indoor leisure facilities: an indoor tennis court and a games room, which features a pool table and table tennis.

Outside of the property there is an enclosed lawn with seating and views looking out to the countryside to the south. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor giant chess set, kite flying field, woodland walks and river trout and coarse lake fishing on offer. Private parking is also provided.

Excellent location. Play barn for under 5 yr children great. Tennis, pool and table tennis all used by adults. Peaceful location, ate outside every evening. Would return.
